August has been a busy month with the fall term starting at work, I almost can’t remember what happened just a few weeks ago! Luckily, I have photo evidence that we did meet, and we were awesome.

The themes for the month were strips and mythical. I finished my yeti applique from Shiny Happy World which I just had to give to one of our Ft. Thomas Library staff members who recently had a little girl. I hope she likes it!

We had 34 quilts turned this month. These were donated to the Ronald McDonald House Kentuckiana location, along with July’s quilts & blankets. Our sister group at the Clippard YMCA in Colerain also donated their last two months quilts. RMH Kentuckiana was very grateful to receive over 110 quilts & blankets that they immediately started giving to their families. Thank you to everyone who donated!
