Happy Leap Day! I just returned from Quilt Camp with my mom, sister, and sister-in-law, and I’m feeling super crafty and productive. Although, I could also use a nap.

Mom taught us how to make a tote and even prepared little kits for each of us. They turned out really cute and were promptly filled with crafty goodies.

I was on a mission to use scraps for the majority of my projects. Here are some of the quilts I made:

Earlier this month, our Comfort Quilters group reconvened after a two-month holiday break. It seems we were all quite busy during our time off because that evening, we received a generous donation of 65 quilts and blankets! We allocated 53 to the Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House and 12 to the HighlandSpring Nursing Home, which is conveniently located near our meeting place. Take a look:

Well, that’s a lot to take in and my couch is calling my name for a power nap. I hope to see everyone next week 🙂
