Hello! Looks like February was a very creative month for our quilters! We had a lot of quilts donated that were crafted with orphan blocks and partially finished tops given to our group.

Christy completed her Elizabeth Hartman, Awesome Ocean quilt. Some lucky kid is going to love this!

Virginia busted out her embroidery machine and made the most adorable little cats in scarves quilts:

We had a total of 30 quilts donated this month. Here are many more beautiful quilts:

I made a QAYG (quilt as you go) scrappy quilt using different backing squares. I’ll give a demo next month on this. The sashing is easier than you think and it’s a nice, quick stash buster.
