Ft. Thomas Group Session Recaps

March 2022 Session

Our March Session was super productive! Lots of quilters stopped by or stayed and sewed. The Pillowcase Committee was hard at work prepping kits and handing them out. All the kits I brought were snatched up too! We had 61 quilts donated last week 🙂 Well done ladies!!

On to the quilts:

Here are the 10″ blocks with 4 patches:

Quilts made with charm packs:

Bento boxes:

Scrappy quilts!

These quilts were put together with orphan blocks I’ve received:

Mom also got a pack of orphan blocks, but she jazzed it up even more with one of her painted monsters:

These were made using cheater fabric or panels:

Some of the 3 yard patterns:

This was my sample for the new Ohio Star kit I made using the AccuQuilt:

These amazing quilts are made with denim & fleece. They are fantastic weighted blankets that the kids at the Children’s Home really love:

I delivered 40 quilts to RMH last week and we are set to deliver the remaining 21 quilts from this session plus the 6 from January to the Children’s Home. We no longer need to hold them all to the end of the year, so then some kids can get them when they arrive.

We also gave lots of charity bears to the Library for their programs and others they may know.

Our next session is on Tuesday, April 5th at the Ft. Thomas Library. See you there!
